How do I start services with Pioneer Home LLC?

Do you accept Regional Center referrals?
Yes. We work with regional centers across Los Angeles County to deliver services aligned with each Individual Service Plan.
How are services personalized?
Every service starts with person-centered planning. We meet your family member where they are, learn what matters most to them, and build supports around their goals rather than around a fixed program.
Can families be involved in care planning?
Yes. Family partnership is one of our core values. We work with families, caregivers, and circle-of-support members so progress is reinforced everywhere the person spends time.
