Real jobs, real pay, alongside coworkers who do not have a disability.
Taking new intake conversations across Los Angeles County

Our Competitive Integrated Employment pathway helps adults with developmental disabilities find and keep paid work in inclusive workplaces.
Competitive Integrated Employment is about real careers that last, not a one-time placement. Everyone can contribute meaningfully when the work fits and the support is there.
We do personalized planning, work with local employers, and stay close after the job starts. That combination is what turns a strength into stable, long-term work alongside coworkers without disabilities.

We get to know each person's interests, strengths, and goals. From there we map out roles that would fit, with the person leading the choice.
Resume building, interview practice, workplace etiquette, and the practical habits that turn applications into offers.
We work with local businesses to open inclusive hiring slots and make sure the role fits the person on both sides.
After placement, a coach is on-site or off-site as needed. They help the person learn the tasks and settle into the team.
As independence grows, coaching fades. We stay close for check-ins and help when something new comes up.

We partner with employers across Los Angeles County to build inclusive hiring pipelines. Our team does the candidate matching, the onboarding support, the on-site coaching, and the follow-along check-ins, so your team can focus on the work.

Real jobs, real pay, alongside coworkers who do not have a disability.
Financial independence and a sense of contribution that sticks.
Employers gain a workforce with a wider set of strengths and perspectives.
“They didn't just place my son in a job. They helped him figure out what he wanted his work to mean.”
